Parshat Kedoshim (Leviticus 19:1 - 20:27) contains the second of the two verses found in the Torah forbidding same-sex sexual relations between men (Leviticus 20:13) and will be read in synagogues around the world on April 26.
Rabbi Gottfried will take us into the world of modern and ancient rabbinic commentary as we discuss what exactly these verses mean, how they work in the context of the other verses in the chapter, and how they influence us today.
Please feel free to bring your lunch to enjoy during the session. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot.
