Community Partner Registration for Atlanta Pride 2016

150.00

(This registration package is for local non-profit agencies and community partner organizations.)

Atlanta's Jewish Community will have a large area in the Pride Marketplace, scheduled for October 8-9 2016, and we will participate in the Pride Parade on Sunday, October 9.

SOJOURN invites any and all interested Jewish organizations and agencies to join us for any or all of the Pride celebrations.

Registering for Pride with SOJOURN includes:

- Space in the Jewish Community's LGBTQ Guide Book for 2016-2017. New this year, the LGBTQ Guide Book highlights the agencies and programs available to LGBTQ people and families in Atlanta. Partner agencies will have a full page in the guide to publicize themselves to this growing market.

The Guide Book will be printed and available to distribute during the Pride Festival and to synagogues and community agencies across Atlanta. Listings, including links, will be published online as well.

- Participation in Atlanta's official Jewish contingent during the pride parade, including your logo on our community banner and in the community booths. We welcome you to bring your members and participants of all ages to march down Peachtree street in solidarity with our entire community. You are welcome to bring additional flags, banners, and signs as well. Many groups make t-shirts, too. This is one of the best ways to show the community your participation - the more people the better!

Atlanta Pride is the largest Pride celebration in the Southeast, regularly attracting over 300,000 people over the course of the weekend.

Registration deadline: Sept 1, 2016

The LGBTQ Guide to Atlanta's Jewish Community will be an incredible resource for the entire community, especially the LGBTQ community across the South. Guide books will be available as the main handout at the Jewish Community's booths at the Atlanta Pride Festival Marketplace and will be distributed to all participating agencies to keep and distribute year round.

The guide books are a wonderful way to welcome new community members to your agency and to highlight the specific (and general) programs you have available to LGBTQ people and their families. The guide will also be published online for reference anywhere.
